I am going to reach hard for 400 miles in May. That would put me well ahead of where I want to be schedule wise.
I want to get a bit ahead as I need to use June and July to get more bike time in as I have been neglecting it and I have an Ironman in 120 days.
Taking a break today as my trainer gave every muscle in my body a beat down yesterday. Frankly, I lost the mind battle this morning as soon as I got out of bed at 2:45...10 steps, a bowl of Cheerios and a realization that some days, you just need a break!
This weekend will be a moderate weekend as some friends are paying a visit to San Francisco.
400 here I come!
