Ready to race!

Tapered down nicely this week.  I limited my running work outs to less than 20 miles or so.  I opted for the bike, pool and also a beat down by the butt kicker disguised as 5 foot tall, 80 lb Pilates instructor.  I am very, very hopeful that I can crack an hour and thirty minutes.  I am familiar with the course as I have run it every weekend in part for the last 6 months.  I am ready!
